Most recently we hired Ed Lees as Creative Director. For the past 23 years he has honed his craft working alongside and learning from some of the very best in the business – creating some of the world’s most iconic brands. He excels at developing ideas that are grounded in strategy, guided by business objectives and steeped in consumer insights. Creating ideas that resonate with and are embraced by consumers.
To meet the growing needs of our clients, we’re also proud to announce some well-deserved promotions. After eight years with the company playing a pivotal role in the creative department Nik Reid has been promoted to Associate Creative Director. Originally born in South Africa, Nik’s career path took him to the U.K. and the U.S.A. prior to landing at adHOME. Because of his travels, he brings with him a unique worldly perspective to each and every project.
In a relentless effort to diversify our offering and attract the very best in the industry we’ve also added a video production and editing division as well as capabilities in virtual reality. Michael Crusz, recently promoted to Director of Video and Production, will head the department. Leveraging his 13 years of award-winning experience in design, advertising, and brand strategy he will lead our creative process in all things film and animation related.
In keeping with her meteoric rise in the industry, Sara Gaudet has been promoted to Account Supervisor after only two years at adHOME. Her client-centric approach to account management has made her a cornerstone to every team she has contributed to. Building long-lasting relationships, delivering exceptional service and ensuring client needs always come first.
A mainstay and leader of the agency, Tony Soares has not only been promoted to Group Account Director but has also been made Partner. Solidifying his commitment to both the agency and our clients. As a member of the adHOME team for 12 years, Tony has applied his strategic and creative planning skills to lead the branding for all of our key accounts.
