When they were building a state-of-the-art, sustainable community in London, they chose us as a strategic marketing partner to position and develop their brand.

OUR BIG IDEA
Capture the spirit of West 5 and cross pollinate it with digital and experiential elements to let them thrive. West 5 is a net zero community built on the principle of using the natural elements (like solar power) onsite to help power the homes and other facilities there. In fact Sifton’s head office was designed and constructed to power itself. We capitalized on the ingenuity and the novelty of the lifestyle that West 5 offers.
CLEAN AND FRESH BY DESIGN
The West 5 website is a walk in the park; easy to navigate, clean and airy and there’s loads of beautiful images. It’s designed to be easy on the eyes and a pleasure to browse around in.
INVITING PEOPLE TO LIVE THE WEST 5 EXPERIENCE
We planned and designed the content and experiences to bring the West 5 Discovery Centre to life. Here visitors can get a feel for Sifton’s sustainable approach to this new mixed-use community, the technology behind it all, and a glimpse at everyday life at West 5 through interactive touch screen walls and virtual reality simulations.

Given the futuristic features of this leading-edge community, we created a friendly family of the future who became the faces of West 5.
GROWING THE BRAND
The West 5 community continues to grow and to include more and more people in all phases of life. We have worked with Sifton every step of the way, creating names and logos for their Hēlio, Riverstone, Veridian and Spektra residences.
THE RESULTS
To support the launch of the net zero community, its new website and the Discovery Centre; a multi-platform digital marketing campaign launched a few years ago, and has been running consistently for over 3 years. Over that time, the digital campaign has generated millions of highly-targeted impressions, boosting West 5’s brand awareness and digital presence significantly. Furthermore, as the community continues to grow, more people have continued to engage with the digital marketing content of this campaign, through paid and earned tactics.
