Christmas is a time of giving. For many members of our adHOME family that includes giving gifts of love to our four-legged friends. When the London Humane Society approached us asking for help with their Christmas campaign, it hit home for a lot of us. The London Humane Society is funded 100% by donations with zero government support, yet over 2,000 animals are still cared for at the shelter each year. To support the animals at the shelter, LHS participates in fundraising events throughout the year including their Christmas campaign.
During the Christmas season, LHS creates “pop up” shops at locations across the city selling gifts including animal beds made with love, gourmet dog treats, and catnip infused toys to make your kitty see stars. Sadly, over the past few years, LHS has seen heartbreaking declines in revenue from their Christmas campaign so they knew it was time to do something different.
Inspired by the idea of creating a brand that connects with pet lovers and spreads the message about this great cause, adHOME created the name “Pawfect Gifts” – perfect gifts for our four-legged friends during the perfect time of year to show your animals some love.
With the new brand in place, we created a poster and postcard capturing the festive spirit of the campaign to help promote their “pop up” shop events and engage the community this holiday season.
