Growing the adHOME Family

adHOME is excited to announce the appointment of Associate Creative Director, Michael Crusz who joined the agency in February.

Michael made the big move to the Forest City and comes to adHOME via Toronto agency Squareknot, where he worked with clients such as Air Miles, BMO Bank of Montreal and Apple. Before that, he worked at Elemental Inc., and Wishart Advertising, with clients such as Dyson, Scotiabank, Scene, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, and the Canadian National Institute for the Blind.

“After over a decade of working with some of the world’s top brands, it was time for a new challenge and change from Toronto agency life,” said Michael. “I was looking for an agency that felt more like family and less anonymous – I found that at adHOME. I was so impressed by the quality of both the national clients and the creative work.”

Michael’s 12 plus year career has covered all aspects of advertising including branding, integrated, traditional and digital initiatives. While he is a designer and art director by trade, he is also active in copywriting, strategic planning and new business development.

“We’re thrilled to have Michael with us,” shared Agency Partner Mary-Ellen Willard. “We knew he had the creative chops, and he’s proven that already on his first few projects. Michael is a great fit for the agency’s culture, which was very important to us. He’s a confident leader who’s inspiring a tight-knit and collaborative team.”
