Within the first two years of social activity, the Tender Tootsies Facebook page was ranked within the top 25 fashion brands in Canada by a third party ranking authority. With an in-depth understanding of the brand’s ideal consumer, ongoing social media content receives a level of audience engagement. ROXUL’s Online DIY Campaign

One of the most under-utilized platforms in the building materials market is digital advertising and social media. Even leading brands struggle to create and manage meaningful, online relationships with their customers. Over the past decade, adHOME had established Roxul as the leading insulation brand in North America, moving them from 11% brand awareness to an impressive 61%. Results

The campaign was an overwhelming success. It exceeded expectations for viewership and consumer engagement with the DIY audience. 83% of the almost 17,000 visitors to the site were unique visitors. The site generated a whopping 62,832 pageviews. Ivey's Recruitment Campaign

Competition to recruit top candidates into MBA programs is as fierce as it is global. As the first and most prestigious business school in Canada, Richard Ivey School of Business has been developing corporate leaders for over 90 years. Results

The campaign’s measurable outcomes exceeded expectations in many areas. Total prospects into the pipeline increased 35% year on year; résumé assessments increased 74%; and applications for the new year’s class increased 50% pro rata year over year. Indulge Rewards Loyalty Program

Food, for many, is a passion. It brings families together, it celebrates the milestones of our lives, it arouses the senses. For restaurateurs, it’s the pursuit of creative excellence and a labour of love. A passion that deserves to be rewarded. That’s why in 2006, we launched the Indulge Rewards loyalty program, Maple Leaf’s largest foodservice operator initiative to date. adHOME recognized that membership engagement was driven by sales force engagement, and in 2010, both were on the decline. Sales reps needed to embrace and promote the loyalty program to get new memberships and keep existing members engaged. We motivated the sales reps through our “Participation Challenge” by rewarding them with their own Indulge points each time they converted a restaurant owner into an active Indulge member.

Results

The promotion was a resounding success. The program engaged 86% of the sales force and increased member participation by 50% – in just three and a half months. The overall program grew by 14% due to new memberships. Results

During the first two weeks of the month-long marketing campaign, Pampers had a 96% sell-through rate, prompting a second run on Cruisers and incremental orders for P&G. Results

Moving from a paper-based system, which involved several manual streams, to a new automated ordering process reduced labour costs while improving order accuracy. Heartgard sales during the program increased by 30% over the same period in the previous year, thanks in large part to the iPad application. Ontario’s Southwest brand launch was an award winner delivering 1.3 billion brand impressions. Our social media efforts generated 5,200+ Facebook fans, 450+ Twitter followers and 100+ Pinterest followers ranking an impressive #4 behind much more familiar destinations (i.e. Greater Toronto Area, Niagara Region).
